Reforms-Required or not?

The term is very common nowadays. What I meant is creating a new structure of process  in the department of Justice which includes the Police, NCB,CBI,NIA etc  through this it will remove or discard all the negative feedbacks from the people.

In many countries Police brutality is becoming an issue in there politics. 

                         

-Why? 

Because, if we live in a country were majority and minority is defined on the bases of race, sex, or religion. And through this the majority section will create an ideology that they are the superior. And when that idea or thinking is created then problems are created. This is the simply CHRONOLOGY. 

-What is the solution?

In my point of view creating an division on the  bases on various factor for there benefit is good but when that people misuse that right or power it becomes the problem. When that problem is created then that benefit should be removed quickly. In our country the division is bases on religion, caste and also gender. 

The Supreme court have made the statement that  transgender should be accepted by all the forums in India. Before that statement the transgender were consider as third class citizens.

Also in the case of LGBT community the Supreme Court interfere and removed the Section 377.

-Can government do something about this?

In my point of view they can do wonders to solve the problem like this. I can suggest three points 

• They can create SIT team which is a Special Investigation Team to handle the injustices created in every district of our country. SIT is independent that means they can give orders to the Police and junior IPS personals and have superior power than a normal Police officer.   
• The head of the Police in a state report to CMO of that state. It should be removed and all the authority and the reporting officer should be changed. In my suggestion that Reporting officer should be Our President or the CJI Chief Justice of India.
• Our HMO Home Ministry should be given the authority to discharge or veto the false cases pending and create the fast track court for every sensitive cases.   

When the above points are fulfill or come into the force than there will be NO INJUSTICE.
